Chocolate dipped flourless peanut butter cookies are sure to please any sweet tooth. Rich peanut butter cookies are dipped in chocolate for a treat worth waiting for.

Chocolate-dipped flourless peanut butter cookies

Makes 20 cookies


  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar and egg until well mixed.
  3. Spoon by the tablespoonful onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool completely before dipping in chocolate.
  6. When the cookies have cooled completely, melt together the chocolate chips and coconut oil, stirring frequently, until very smooth.
  7. Dip each cookie into the chocolate mixture, then lay on the baking sheet to harden.
