Cooking Tips: Holiday cookie dough

During the holiday season, make a cookie batter that can be used in tens of cookie recipes. Make a big batch and keep it in the freezer (separated into manageable chunks). It makes it easier and more fun just to defrost, shape, add the specialty ingredients and decorate!
