Tortilla Roll-ups are great appetizers for get-together. They also make a healthy option for lunch and after school snacks. Slices can be held together with toothpicks for extra security. This recipe can easily be modified for more or less servings.

Ingredients

  • 6 large soft flour tortillas
  • 16 ounces soft cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dill weed
  • 3 tablespoons taco sauce
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare ingredients by chopping onion and tomato.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, and taco sauce until combined well.
  3. Spread cream mixture evenly over 6 tortillas.
  4. Sprinkle each tortilla with the remaining ingredients: onion, tomato, and cheddar cheese.
  5. Roll tortillas tightly and slice into 1 inch pieces.
