This light and simple tomato basil spaghetti is perfect for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. farfalle pasta
  • 4 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 10 basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella, cubed
  • Additional fresh basil leaves for garnish

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta according to directions on the package.
  2. Transfer drained pasta to a large serving bowl.
  3. Toss in tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, olive oil and salt.
  4. Garnish with additional basil leaves and serve.
