Ready in about 10 minutes, Southwestern Pork Steak is a quick Mexican take on pork tenderloin. This great weeknight meal is one the whole family will enjoy.


  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt


  1. Slice pork, crosswise, into 8 slices.
  2. Pound with a meat mallet to form thin steaks.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over both sides of the meat.
  4. Cook pork in a hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray for 4-6 minutes or until done.
