Get smoked brisket flavor using your oven and have plenty of yummy brisket for your next family get-together.

Ingredients

  • 1 brisket
  • 1/3 cup liquid smoke
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Spear meat several times to create holes in order for sauce to penetrate throughout the meat.
  2. Mix liquid smoke, soy, and Worcestershire sauce together in bowl, then pour over meat.
  3. Wrap in foil and place in oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
  4. Lower temperature to 225 degrees Fahrenheit and continue cooking for 6 more hours, turning every 2 hours.
