Sausage Cheese Balls are a classic party favorite. They're quick and easy, plus this recipe is packed with fresh seasoning that makes them irresistable.

This recipe can be prepared ahead of time the night before or even frozen for up to 1 month. If cooking from frozen, bake an additional 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley

Directions

  1. Use your hands to combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Form 1-inch balls and place on a greased jelly roll pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20-25 minutes.
