Salmon with teryaki ginger sauce

Delicious salmon filets with an Asian twist. Quick and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless salmon filets
  • Bottled teriyaki-ginger marinade, such as Lawry's
  • Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Marinate salmon filets in the teryaki-ginger marinade according to bottle directions.
  2. Coat fry pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Heat over medium-high.
  4. Add salmon filets, cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until salmon is flaky, pink and cooked through.
