This hearty roast beef and Swiss bake is a perfect hearty winter supper for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 6 ounces thinly sliced cooked roast beef, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. Combine Bisquick, milk, mustard, and egg.
  2. In a 8x8-inch baking dish, layer 1/2 of batter, 1/2 beef, 1/2 cheese, remaining beef, and remaining batter.
  3. Bake in a 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-50 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes, then serve.
