Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can fruit pie filling (any flavor)
  • powdered sugar if desired

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
  2. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  3. Reduce heat and quickly whisk in Bisquick, creating a ball of mixture.
  4. Use a spoon to beat eggs into mixture, 2 at a time.
  5. Spread dough into the bottom of the pan, but not up the sides.
  6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes. Serve with fruit and powdered sugar.
