Peachy Banana Mash is a great baby food option for those little ones looking for a change from the single fruit purees. With plenty of potassium, vitamin A and vitamin C, plus quick preparation, moms will love this recipe too.
Ingredients
- 2 medium peaches
- 1 ripe banana
Directions
- Wash, peel, half, and remove pit from peaches. Peel banana.
- Steam peaches covered in a basket over boiling water for 2-4 minutes.
- Mash or blend peaches with banana until desired consistency is reached.
