Primavera means spring and this recipe for Pasta Primavera combines delicious flavors and vegetables in one colorful dish to brighten any day. Just like springtime!

Tip: Julienne is just a fancy term for cutting into thin strips.

Variation: Try adding other fresh vegetable to suit your own taste. It's hard to go wrong with fresh vegetables.


  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups cooked spaghetti


  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. Mince garlic and julienne carrots.
  3. In a large sauce pan, mix remaining ingredients.
  4. Cook, uncovered, for about 12 minutes till the broccoli and carrots are tender.
  5. Stir in cooked spaghetti and serve.
