Yummy, yummy New York Style Cheesecake. With this recipe, you'll be able to whip together this delicious dessert in just about 20 minutes. While it does take just over an hour to cook and even more time to cool, you can easily prepare it ahead of time to enjoy with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup plus 3 tablespoons sugar, divided
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 5-8 ounces soft cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, and butter. Press into bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
  2. Bake the crust at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, remaining sugar, flour, and vanilla in a bowl.
  4. Add sour cream and mix well.
  5. Continue mixing on low as you add eggs, 1 at a time.
  6. Pour over crust and bake an additional 65 minutes or until center is ALMOST set.
  7. Loosen cake from the rim of pan and remove ring. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
