Lemon-Herb Glaze is a quick and easy marinade and sauce recipe that deliciously flavors a variety of meats and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1-2/3 cups water
  • 1/8 teaspoon whole black pepper
  • 1/2 bay leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 package lemon gelatin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar

Directions

  1. Add water, pepper, bay leaf and dill to a sauce pan.
  2. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain sauce into a bowl and stir in the gelatin, salt and cayenne until dissolved.
  4. Add the vinegar and chill until glaze reaches a syrup-like consistency.
