Lemon Cream Filling is a delightfully light cream that can be used to enhance many different meals. Try it out inside crepes, as a topping for pancakes or waffles, or as a light snack or dessert topped with blueberries.


  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream


  1. In a large bowl, quickly beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Add sugar and lemon peel. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream until stiff.
  4. Fold together the two mixtures.
