  • 2/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed fresh mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 lam loin chops, about 1 inch thick


  1. Using a food processor, blend yogurt, mint, and sugar until leaves are finely chopped.
  2. Broil chops on a greased broiler pan for 12-14 minutes. Chops should read 160 degrees Fahrenheit on a meat thermometer.
  3. Serve with sauce.
