Garlic Shrimp is delicious and easy to cook. Add these to a variety of meals and side dishes for flavors that please the whole family. These yummy shrimp are great appetizers as well.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 large cloves garlic, finely chopeed
  • 1 pound uncooked peeled deveined medium shrimp
  • 1 large carrot, julienned

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic for 1 minutes. Then shrimp for 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the carrots and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
