The mouthwatering flavors of garlic and ginger combine with a slightly Asian influence in this recipe. Use Garlic-Ginger Sauce to top of any meat after cooking or even use it as a marinade.

 

*You can also use this sauce to season vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped gingerroot
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cooking sherry
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

Directions

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, sprayed with cooking spray, heat garlic and gingerroot for 2 minutes, stirring the entire time.
  2. Toss in the rest of the ingredients and continue to cook for 1 minutes.
  3. Use sauce as desired.
