Garlic-Ginger Sauce

The mouthwatering flavors of garlic and ginger combine with a slightly Asian influence in this recipe. Use Garlic-Ginger Sauce to top of any meat after cooking or even use it as a marinade.
*You can also use this sauce to season vegetables.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped gingerroot
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cooking sherry
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
Directions
- In a large nonstick skillet, sprayed with cooking spray, heat garlic and gingerroot for 2 minutes, stirring the entire time.
- Toss in the rest of the ingredients and continue to cook for 1 minutes.
- Use sauce as desired.
