This fruity banana smoothie combines all your favorite power fruits in one delicious smoothie.
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blackberries or raspberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 6 oz. yogurt (flavor of your choice)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup milk or apple juice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend all ingredients until it reaches desired consistency.
- If too thick, add a little more milk or juice.
- Pour into chilled glasses, top with a few extra blueberries and strawberry and banana slices and serve!
