This fruity banana smoothie combines all your favorite power fruits in one delicious smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blackberries or raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 6 oz. yogurt (flavor of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup milk or apple juice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend all ingredients until it reaches desired consistency.
  3. If too thick, add a little more milk or juice.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses, top with a few extra blueberries and strawberry and banana slices and serve!
