Easy Pumpkin-Pecan Pie

**Be sure to used canned pumpkin NOT pumpkin pie mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, soft
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend well.
  2. Pour mixture into a 9-inch, greased pie plate.
  3. Bake pie at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-40 minutes.
  4. Cool 1 hour before serving.
