Curried Turkey Pita is a perfect lunch sandwich and a great alternative to left-over Thanksgiving turkey. The dressing can be made ahead of time and refrigerated for up to a day. And, the pitas can be stuffed up to 6 hours prior to being served.


  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups roasted turkey, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grapes, halved
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 2 pita halves


  1. Prepare ingredients by shredding left over turkey, halving the grapes, and slicing the celery and scallion.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Toss turkey, grapes, celery, and scallion with dressing mixture.
  4. Serve in pita halves.
