This cucumber salad is so quick and simple, you won't believe it.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine rice vinegar, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until sugar and salt dissolve.
  3. Add the cucumbers and toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until it's time to eat!
