This delicious crescent cookie bar recipe uses crescent rolls, making it a cinch to put together.

Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz. can crescent rolls
  • 1 cup white vanilla baking chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup chopped cashews
  • 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees; spray sides and bottom of a 13 by 9 inch baking pan,.
  2. Unroll dough into two long rectangles, place in pan and press along the bottom of the baking pan and about 1/2 inch up the sides, forming a crust.
  3. Bake crust for five minutes.
  4. Remove crust from oven, add vanilla and chocolate chips, almonds and cashews.
  5. Pour condensed milk over top.
  6. Bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes, then run a knife around the pan to loosen the cookie.
  8. Cool for an hour, then refrigerate for about 30 minutes until chocolate has set.
  9. Cut into squares to serve.
