Crescent crusted brie

This crescent crusted brie is so beautiful, you'll never guess it's so easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 8-oz. can crescent rolls
- 1 8-oz. wheel of Brie
- 1 egg, beaten lightly
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Unroll crescent rolls, separate into two sections. Then press dough to form 2 squares.
- Place 1 square on an ungreased baking sheet. Put Brie wheel on the center of the dough square.
- Cover the wheel with the remaining dough square, press it around the cheese to seal it completely.
- Brush with egg.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
- Cool for 15 minutes, then serve warm with crackers or apple slices.
