Cream Cheese Pound Cake is a tried and true classic dessert sure to please any crowd. Delicious by itself or even better paired with fresh fruits, powdered with sugar, or topped with ice cream.
For this recipe you can either use a 12-cup bundt pan or 2- 9x5x3 inch loaf pans.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 6 eggs
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
Directions
- Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
- Pour batter into greased and floured pan(s).
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 55-60 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before turning out of pan to cool completely.
