Sauce so tangy and sweet, you won't miss canned cranberry sauce at all.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Combine water and sugar in a medium size saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add cranberries and stir; simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Cool, then transfer to bowl. Cover and refrigerate. May be made 2 days ahead.
