  • 4 ears of corn, shucked
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. Shuck corn and chop tarragon.
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  3. toss in corn and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Drain and brush with oil.
  5. Sprinkle with tarragon, salt, and pepper. Serve.
