Making a pie couldn't get any easier. With this recipe for Coconut Pie the guess work is taken out of baking. Mix, pour, bake, and enjoy! You can jazz things up a bit by garnishing your pie with whipped cream and papaya or mango slices. Be sure to refrigerate any leftovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flaked or shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 eggs

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Pour mix into a greased, 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50-55 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and serve.
