Chocolate Cream Topping is a delicious and creamy way to top off any dessert. It is especially decadent on top of cheesecake and thin shortbread cookies. Plus, this recipe is super easy!
**Coffee Liqueur can be made at home using strong brewed coffee that has been cooled to room temperature.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce semisweet baking chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur, if desired
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Combine chocolate, sugar, and liqueur in a bowl and mix till well blended.
- Add sour cream and vanilla to form a creamy mixture.
- Use as desired. Store covered in the fridge.
