**Coffee Liqueur can be made at home using strong brewed coffee that has been cooled to room temperature.


  • 1 ounce semisweet baking chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur, if desired
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  1. Combine chocolate, sugar, and liqueur in a bowl and mix till well blended.
  2. Add sour cream and vanilla to form a creamy mixture.
  3. Use as desired. Store covered in the fridge.
