These cheese and onion crescents are a perfect dinner accompaniment or a yummy appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 8-oz. cans crescent rolls
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1//3 cup green onions, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir cheese and onions.
  3. Separate dough into 16 triangles, the cut in half to make 32 triangles.
  4. Put a teaspoon of cheese mixture in the middle on each triangle. Bring edges up and fold over, pressing to seal.
  5. Transfer to ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Brush with oil and top with dill.
  7. Bake 10 minutes, until golden brown.
