Craving buffalo wings? How about a buffalo chicken dip instead. Try this one out at your next get-together. Reduce pepper sauce if milder dip is preffered.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken, cooked
  • 1/4 cup cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine chicken and pepper sauce.
  3. Toss lightly till coated.
  4. Stir in all remaining ingredients, except blue cheese.
  5. Transfer into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and sprinkle blue cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes and serve.
