Easy and filling. This Brunch Bake is an all-in-one breakfast/brunch dish that is sure to please the whole family.
Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Whisk together eggs and sour cream. Pour mixture into the bottom of a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Place dish in a 400 degrees Fahrenheit oven for about 10 minutes until the eggs are lightly set.
- While egg mixture is cooking, toss sausage, mushrooms, and onion in a large skillet. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until sausage is done. Drain if needed.
- Cover egg layer with tomatoes and sausage mixture. Lower the heat on the over to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and continue cooking the dish for about 30 minutes.
