Easy and filling. This Brunch Bake is an all-in-one breakfast/brunch dish that is sure to please the whole family.


  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Whisk together eggs and sour cream. Pour mixture into the bottom of a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
  2. Place dish in a 400 degrees Fahrenheit oven for about 10 minutes until the eggs are lightly set.
  3. While egg mixture is cooking, toss sausage, mushrooms, and onion in a large skillet. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until sausage is done. Drain if needed.
  4. Cover egg layer with tomatoes and sausage mixture. Lower the heat on the over to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and continue cooking the dish for about 30 minutes.
