Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pound fully cooked bratwurst
  • 32 ounces canned sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar

Directions

  1. Using a large skillet, brown bratwurst in melted butter over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pour sauerkraut into skillet, along with brown sugar; simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
