Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound beef steak
  • 16 ounces stir-fry veggies
  • 1 bag (7 ounces) stir-fry noodles with soy sauce-flavored sauce
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) beef or Oriental beef broth
  • 3 cups water

Directions

  1. Begin by cutting beef steak into thin, 1/4 inch slices.
  2. Then, in a large skillet that has been sprayed with cooking spray, stir-fry beef on high for about 2 minutes.
  3. Toss in the rest of the ingredients and bring soup to a boil.
  4. Lower heat and simmer soup, uncovered, for 5-8 minutes.
