Banana Nut Bread is not only a delicious dessert, it is perfect for breakfast and a great way to use over-ripe bananas that would otherwise end up in the trash.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup mashed, over ripe bananas
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 2/3 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease loaf pan.
  2. Blend first 6 ingredients.
  3. Stir in Bisquick and nuts.
  4. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
