Banana Custard Pie is a yummy, easy pie that you can whip up quickly. For an added treat, top the pie off with chopped walnuts and some caramel topping.

Preparation time includes 2 hours of chilling.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, soft
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup whipped topping

Directions

  1. Combine Bisquick, sugar, butter, vanilla, eggs, and milk in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together bananas and lemon juice.
  3. Stir together two mixtures then pour into 9-inch, greased pie plate.
  4. Bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 40-45 minutes. Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
