2 c. slightly thawed frozen blueberries
1 c. apple juice
1 c. frozen vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
How to make this recipe:
In the container of a food processor or blender, place blueberries, apple juice, yogurt, milk and cinnamon; whirl until smooth. Serve immediately.
Yield: 4 servings, about 4 cups
