1 bag lowfat or reg tortilla chips
1 pkg red beans & rice or black beans & rice
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes
shredded cheese (any kind)
Optional:
Salsa
Jalapenos
Chopped onions

How to make this recipe:
Cook beans & rice. Spread tortilla chips on individual plates. Cover chips with beans & rice, then lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and other optional toppings. Notes: Let everyone fix their own and then have fix your own sundaes, too! Kids love to make their own foods.
