1/4 Cup Oil
1 1/2 Cups White Rice
1 Can Chicken Broth
1 16 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup Of Water
1 1/2 Tablespoons Comino (Cumin)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
How to make this recipe:
On low heat pour in oil then add rice, brown lightly. Stir inwater, chicken broth and tomato sauce immediatly stir in cumin, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Prep time: 5 minutes
