2 eggs
4oz butter
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 cup mashed pumpkin
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
grated rind 1 orange
juice 1 orange
2 tsp vanilla custard powder
1 Tbsp golden syrup
1 tsp baking soda
2 heaping Tbsp of cocoa
How to make this recipe:
Cream butter & sugar, add pumpkin, then beat in eggs, golden syrup & orange rind. Sift dry ingredients, & add alternaly with orange juice.
Bake at 325 degrees until cake begins to leave side of baking pan. Prep time: 30 minutes
