1 small pie pumpkin
1/4 olive oil
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
How to make this recipe:
Cut pumpkin in half and remove seeds. Peel off the skin and slice the pumpkin into pieces 1/8 inch thick.
Add olive oil in a non-stick frying pan, then add the pumpkin and chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Fry at high heat turning with spatula until brown. Serve immediately. Serve with meats, or eat alone
