1 ready Graham Cracker Crust
1 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese (softened)
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 8 oz tub Cool Whip
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling or fresh strawberries
How to make this recipe:
Beat Cream cheese util smooth. Add sugar, blend in sour cream and vanilla, fold in Cool Whip; Blend well. Spoon into pie crust. Chill at least 4 hours. Top with pie filling or strawberries.
