2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
4 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup pumpkin
How to make this recipe:
Stir together all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Pour the wet ingredients over dry and stir just until combined.
Pour waffle batter on preheated waffle iron. You will need 1/2 to 3/4 cup batter per waffle.
Serve with butter, syrup, and whipped cream. Prep time: 10 minutes
