3 heaped tablespoons desiccated coconut
125g (5 oz) currants
125g (5 oz) seedless raisins
125g (5 oz) sultanas
50g (2 oz) brazil nuts
50g (2 oz) blanched almonds
4 dried apricots
How to make this recipe:
Tip the coconut on to a plate. Mince all the ingredients together (this will become very sticky), or mix them in a liquidizer.
Divide the mixture into little balls and roll them in the coconut.
Put them into the paper cases and then leave in the fridge until they are firm. Best served at parties!
