Recipe: Easy Mexicana Chicken

Very quick, very tasty meal for the working family.

Ingredients:
2 Double Breasts of Skinless, Boneless Chicken
1 Jar of your favorite Medium or Hot Salsa
1 regular size container of spreadable cream cheese (Low Fat works just as well)

How to make this recipe:
Empty your jar of salsa into the slow cooker, then mix in your cream cheese. Place chicken breasts in mixture and stir.

Cook on low heat for 7 hours and serve over rice. Notes: Please note that if you use mild salsa, you really lose the flavor once it's mixed with the cream cheese. I'm not a big fan of spicy food, and I use the Medium Salsa for this dish.

Prep time: Less than 5 minutes

Nutrition information: This meal is extremely low in fat if you use the Fat-Free Cream Cheese.
