1 Pork Tenderloin
2 can's of Tomatillos or 10 fresh (cooked)
1 can of tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 can green chili diced or use fresh
1 tsp. pressed garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup diced onion
How to make this recipe:
Blend all ingredients in the blender and add to tenderloin in the crock pot. Cook on low 8 hours.
You can serve this with tortillas, sour cream and sauteed bell pepper and onion. Prep time: 15 minutes
