Recipe: Quick Taco Salad




Quick and very easy to prepare, a dish that everyone loves!


Ingredients:
Cooked ground beef, with taco seasoning - optional
Sliced black olives
Kidney beans
Shredded cheese (cheddar is best)
Chopped Roma tomatoes
Iceberg lettuce pieces
Broken tortilla chips
French salad dressing

How to make this recipe:
Cook ground beef thoroughly, then drain. In a large bowl, add lettuce, kidney beans, olives, tomatoes, beef, chips and cheese. Toss gently, then pour French dressing over the top and toss again until thoroughly mixed in with all ingredients. Serve immediately. Delicious if served alone, but you can also have spanish rice and/or refried beans as a side dish.

Notes: This will not keep well in the refrigerator for leftovers unless you leave out the dressing (it will get too soggy otherwise).

Prep time: 10-15 minutes
