8 ounces cream cheese
1 small can minced clams (reserve 1 tablespoon juice)
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
dash garlic powder
How to make this recipe:
Combine cream cheese, clams, reserved juice, onions, and garlic. Blend well.
This is especially good with whole grain crackers, baby carrots or bagel pieces.
