Leftover - turkey, mashed potatoes, leftover vegetables, leftover gravy, leftover stuffing
How to make this recipe:
Pre-heat oven to 375. Spray inside of casserole with cooking spray. Depending on quantity of your leftovers, line two-quart oven-proof casserole dish(es) with stuffing. If your stuffing doesn't mold well, add a little bit of water to moisten. This will form the bottom crust of your "pie shell."
On the stove top, mix gravy, cut-up turkey, left over vegetables. When heated, gently pour into the casserole dish. Cover the top of the mixture with left over mashed potatoes, turnips or whatever starch vegetable you have leftover.
When done, place in oven for approximately 20-25 minutes or until it bubbles. Notes: You can vary the recipe with just about any leftovers. This will also work for a large roast chicken dinner.
