5 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
4 carrots, peeled and cut into 3 or 4 pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped onions (optional)

Put everything into crockpot, Veggies first. Cook on low for 7 hours. Prep time: 10 minutes
